We provide managed ecommerce services where the Client can assign management tasks related to their ecommerce website or mobile app to us. These tasks are assigned using a credit system, and Clients are required to purchase credits to avail these services.
To assign managed ecommerce tasks, the Client must purchase credits from us. The pricing and terms for credit purchase will be detailed in a separate agreement mentioned below.
Each managed ecommerce task will require a specific number of credits, as determined by us. The Client can only assign tasks if they have a sufficient credit balance.
Payment for credits and services shall be made as per the agreed-upon terms and methods, which may include credit card payments, bank transfers, upi or other approved payment methods.
The Client can request the assignment of managed ecommerce tasks by submitting a request through our designated communication channels or platform.
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill assigned tasks promptly and in a professional manner. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results may vary depending on various factors.
If the Client is not satisfied with the task's completion, they may request revisions, which will be subject to our review and discretion.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for task fulfillment.
The Client shall not assign tasks that violate any applicable laws, regulations, or infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any unused credits shall be forfeited, and any outstanding tasks shall be cancelled to the best of our abilities.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of providing and receiving services.
Any intellectual property developed during the provision of services, including but not limited to code, designs, and content, may be subject to separate agreements and ownership rights as outlined in project-specific contracts.
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by the laws of ghaziabad, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

The pricing of credits and their availability may be subject to change without prior notice. Clients can find current pricing and availability on our website or by contacting our support team.
We accept payments for credit purchases through various methods, including but not limited to credit cards, bank transfers, Upi and other approved payment methods. Payment instructions will be provided during the purchase process.
Upon successful payment, credits will be allocated to the Client's account within a reasonable time frame. Clients can view their credit balance in their account dashboard.
Credits purchased by the Client do not expires. We reserve the right to modify credit validity terms with advance notice.
2.1. Refunds for credit purchases are subject to the following conditions:
Credits purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as explicitly stated below.
In the event of an erroneous or unauthorized charge, Clients must notify us within 30 days of the transaction date. We will investigate the issue and, if found valid, will refund the charged amount or credit the Client's account accordingly.
Refunds on unused credits are not allowed.
In the unlikely event that we discontinue our managed ecommerce services, unused credits held by Clients will be refunded in full.
In the event of any dispute regarding credit purchases or refunds, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation and good faith discussions.
If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Ghaziabad.
